About me
Before becoming a travel agent specializing in tailor-made travel, I was a traveler myself. I know what it feels like to get lost, arrive in a new country, not understand the language, or feel unsure about who to turn to when something doesn’t go as expected.
Having experienced this firsthand, I understand what travelers need and how they feel. That’s why I’m organized, detail-oriented, and proactive: I listen, plan, and anticipate the unexpected so you can travel with confidence and feel supported at every step.
Beyond my passion for travel, I have worked in hotel industry and understand how it operates from the inside. I also bring over 10 years of experience in a travel agency, helping a wide range of clients plan their trips with complete peace of mind.
Hildelina Travel Design was born from this experience and a personal vision: to offer a close and professional service, taking care of every detail so you can travel with confidence before, during, and after your journey.
